From there, ravingHRM handles contracts, payroll setup, and onboarding task workflows. No copy-paste, no re-entry. You configure which fields sync and which onboarding workflows fire on acceptance.
Absolutely. You choose one primary accounting integration per workspace — ravingBooks, Xero, or QuickBooks. The integration depth is the same across all three: deal close triggers an invoice draft, client records sync both ways, and payment status is visible inside ravingCRM. Most raving Suite customers use ravingBooks for the tightest integration, but we'll never force a migration.
WhatsApp Business API integration is available from the Growth plan onwards. Starter plan teams have full access to email campaigns (Google or M365), the support ticket inbox, and automation workflows — which is the right starting point for most teams. If WhatsApp is mission-critical, we recommend Growth or reach out to discuss an early add-on for Starter.
BYOK lets you supply your own encryption key to protect your ravingCRM data at rest. With BYOK active, ravingCRM's servers hold your encrypted data but do not hold the key — meaning even our own infrastructure team cannot read your records. This is available on Enterprise plans and is typically required by financial services, healthcare, and legal organisations. For most SMBs, our standard AES-256 encryption at rest is sufficient and already very strong.
AI lead scoring analyses engagement signals (email opens, WhatsApp responses, page visits), deal velocity, firmographic data, and your own historical close-rate patterns — giving each lead a score from 0–100. On Growth you can adjust the weighting of each signal category. Enterprise customers can fine-tune the model on their own deal history, which typically increases accuracy by 18–30% within 90 days of launch.
You own your data — full stop. Before your subscription ends, you can export every contact, deal, conversation, ticket, and AI insight as clean CSV or JSON files with a single click, at any time. After cancellation, we retain your encrypted data for 60 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it. No fees, no tickets, no negotiations. Your data independence is non-negotiable.
